Recovery Companion Services

Are you medical professionals?

No. We provide non-medical companion and concierge services only. All medical care remains the responsibility of your licensed surgeon and medical team. We assist with daily living activities, transportation, meals, and general support during recovery—not medical treatment.

What procedures do you support?

We specialize in post-surgical recovery for cosmetic procedures including BBL, breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tuck, and body contouring performed by board-certified surgeons in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Where are accommodations located?

We arrange luxury accommodations in Fort Lauderdale, typically in beachfront properties or premium residential areas within 10-15 minutes of major surgical facilities. Specific locations are confirmed based on availability and your surgery location.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Our packages are designed for solo recovery to maintain privacy and optimize healing. If you require additional guest accommodation, contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

What's your cancellation policy?

50% deposit is due at booking. Full refund (minus $500 booking fee) if canceled more than 30 days before service. 50% refund if canceled 15-30 days prior. No refund within 14 days of service start. See Terms of Service for complete details.

Do you coordinate with my surgeon?

Yes. With your authorization, we communicate with your surgical team regarding appointment times, post-op instructions, and any concerns that arise. We are not medical providers but serve as your liaison for logistical coordination.

Transformation Services

How does the refund mechanism work?

You pay the full upfront price ($10,500 for Four Pillar, $18,000 for Couples). Complete ALL milestones on time, and we refund $2,000 (individual) or $3,000 (couples). Miss any milestone, and you pay the full price. This isn't a satisfaction guarantee—it's performance-based pricing. We share risk: your money incentivizes your work; our refund risk incentivizes our quality.

What counts as "completing a milestone"?

Milestones require verifiable proof:

  • Physical: Documented run times, body composition measurements, workout logs
  • Mental: Written book reports, intellectual project completion
  • Spiritual: Daily practice logs with accountability partner verification
  • Social: Photo/video proof of real-world challenges completed

We set clear benchmarks during week one. You either hit them or you don't.

Is this therapy or life coaching?

Neither. This is accountability-based transformation with practical action plans. We're not licensed therapists or counselors. If you need mental health treatment, we'll help you find appropriate professionals. What we provide is structured systems, concrete milestones, and direct accountability.

Can I do this remotely?

Yes. All transformation services are conducted virtually via video calls and text accountability. Confidence Sessions are 1-hour video consultations. Four Pillar programs include weekly video check-ins plus daily text support.

What if I miss one milestone but hit the others?

No partial credit. The Four Pillar program requires balance across all dimensions. Miss any single milestone and you pay the full upfront price. This is intentional—complete transformation requires consistent effort across all areas.

Why only 3 concurrent clients?

Quality over scale. Effective transformation requires daily attention, custom planning, and genuine accountability. At 4+ clients, service quality degrades. This capacity limit ensures you get the attention your investment deserves.

How do I book services?

For recovery services, we require a brief FaceTime screening to verify procedure details and expectations. For transformation services, we conduct a 30-minute consultation to assess fit and set initial goals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and Venmo. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Full payment is required before service begins.

Do you offer payment plans?

No. All services require payment in full before starting. The refund mechanism for transformation services functions as our payment flexibility—succeed and get money back; don't succeed and pay full price.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. Complete discretion is fundamental to our service. We maintain strict confidentiality, use no social media content without explicit permission, and operate under comprehensive non-disclosure practices. Your privacy is paramount.
